By accessing or using UsefulTho, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What UsefulTho provides
UsefulTho provides small software utilities including calculators, timers, converters, productivity tools, browser extensions, embeddable widgets and other digital tools.
Features may be added, changed, removed or discontinued at any time.
3. Personal and lawful use
You may use UsefulTho for lawful personal, educational or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
- use the service to violate applicable law;
- interfere with the security or operation of UsefulTho;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or services;
- distribute malware through UsefulTho;
- intentionally overload or disrupt our infrastructure;
- impersonate UsefulTho or falsely claim an official relationship with us; or
- use UsefulTho branding in a misleading way.
4. Tool results
UsefulTho tools are designed for convenience. We work to make them useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every result will be complete, current or error-free.
You are responsible for checking important results before relying on them.

5. Browser extensions
UsefulTho browser extensions may require browser permissions for particular user-facing features.
The permissions requested by an extension may change when new features are introduced. Material changes will be disclosed as required.
Browser extensions are also subject to the policies and technical limitations of the browser or extension store through which they are distributed.
6. Embeds and widgets
UsefulTho may provide iframe, widget or other embed options that allow a tool to appear on third-party websites or services such as workspace and note-taking applications.
You may use official UsefulTho embed methods provided that you do not:
- remove or falsify ownership information;
- misrepresent the tool as your own software;
- use the embed in an unlawful or deceptive context; or
- interfere with the functionality or security of the embedded service.
7. Intellectual property
UsefulTho's software, design, visual identity, branding, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to UsefulTho unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of UsefulTho intellectual property to you.
8. Third-party services
UsefulTho may interact with or link to services operated by third parties.
Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. UsefulTho is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of UsefulTho without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
We may also perform maintenance, respond to security incidents or remove features that are no longer practical to operate.
10. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsefulTho is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UsefulTho and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as UsefulTho evolves.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the competent courts of New Delhi, India, subject to applicable law.
